Potty Training?

I’m leaning more toward getting her own potty because I’m pregnant and I go A LOT. I figured she could sit on hers while I sit on the toliet. But I have no idea!

I started with a little potty, then moved to a seat, then got her used to just sitting on the edge of a normal seat.

My girls were way too bitty for the big potty even with a seat, so I used the little potty until they could sit comfortably on the big potty

I had the same goal for my daughter. I thought that we’d each sit on our own potty at the same time—NOPE! My daughter insisted that she uses “mommy’s potty” so I ended up buying inserts for the regular toilet. 
At the same time, I know tons of people who love the separate potty seat so they can take them outside or in the car with them. My daughter just wouldn’t do it 🤷🏼‍♀️

Both. We’re not really formally potty training yet, but I’ve been talking about going potty and sitting him on it for a while. He likes to play with the little one, he’ll sit on it and he likes the flusher (I have the Summer one that makes a flushing sound) but he absolutely refuses to go in it. We also have the seat insert for the regular toilet though he mostly just prefers to sit without it. But he’s on the taller/bigger side, and seems to have no trouble not falling in.

We bought both. I hated cleaning the little one, and she liked the ring inside the big seat. It worked out well for us both. One day she just stopped putting the ring in and we were all set!
