Breast pain

So my nipples are super sore and boobs feel heavy. The past 5 days there’s been pain in a specific part of my right breast, it is when I press on it next to my nipple going towards my sternum about 2 inches away from nipple. The other boob isn’t hurting like the right one is right there. I don’t think it’s a lump because it’s not swollen no redness or itchiness. I’m 3 days late from my period. Does this have anything to do with it ?
