Any suggestions??? X

I’m 7/8dpo and my period is due in 7 days.

I have been feeling a little light headed all day, constipated (unusual), weak, gloopy CM which was a very light tinged brown yesterday (sorry!) and have these aches/cramps on and off everywhere (abdomen, lower back, bum, hips & thighs) some feel like AF cramps - some feel.. different (idk how to explain, some feel kinda like trapped wind but it’s not..?! I don’t usually experience AF symptoms till 1-2 days before due)

I also had a shooting/stabby pain in my left boob/armpit earlier this evening.

Have now woken up with the worst headache and on and off nauseous - 8DPO.

I know I’m SS (they’re kind of hard to ignore:( ) but just wondering what everyone suggests??
