Am I ok?

I have the IUD and am also on birth control due to an ovarian cyst, my doctor thought birth control would help.

Anyway I had unprotected sex and he didn't pull out. I wouldn't be afraid at all considering I have such effective birth control, but I just went to the bathroom to notice I'm having discharge that looks like ovulation.

I've taken the pill same time every day since doctor prescribed it for cyst.

Could I be ovulating? Could I get pregnant?
