Spotting for years‼️ Can i fix it?

Hi! I’ve been spotting for years and I’m not really sure if that’s common or not.

It starts 3 to 5 days before my period (which lasts 5 to 7 days) so I end up bleeding for about 10 - 12 days a month❗️Sometimes it also happens between periods 1 or 2 days for no reason 😰

A Doc said once it could be that my Progesterone levels drop too much, but like that, no solution.

It is annoying and I’m worried this could have consequences in the future, like if I want to get pregnant. I’m 35yrs old and this wasn’t this way when I was younger.

Have this happened to you? Is there any way to fix it??
