Pregnant with IUD ??

So I had my third daughter 11mnths ago. I got an paraguard IUD 5 mnths ago. So, 1st of march got my first period next one supposed to show 28th mrch but it didn't, I cramped a little thought it will show but it didn't. I took for the next 3 days 9 tests different brands (yes I am freaking out 🙆) all came back -ve but weirdly all developed an evap lines.all pregnancy symptoms are there. Waited a week, yesterday I took another one I got the faintest line within timeframe. Today I took another one same brand still faint as yesterday.

But you can see it.

Is it possible to still have a healthy pregnancy with this readings??

We didn't plan for it, definitely not ready all my oldest will turn 5 on September I will be happy if I am not pregnant frankly. But for sure if turned out it is a 4th baby sure it will be loved like sisters.

So any ideas what's going on?? 🤦
