How can I relieve the redness and itchiness from my eczema?

Does anyone know how I can get relief from the horrible redness that occurs during eczema flare ups? I heard to try diaper rash because it helps but I’m not sure. Does any have any recommendations?

My daughter has really bad eczema and dr said never to use nappy rash creams as they dry things out and eczema needs moisture! 
We use Cetrabean (sp?) Hydromol and a lush cream called dream cream.... I would suggest the lush to start as it is lighter than the others..... but any good moisturizer will do..

Try Borage lotion and Borage non-soap cleanser. My daughter has it badly too and it’s the only thing that cleared it up and kept it away!! You can buy it online through Vitacost for pretty cheap.
