Cord blood donation/banking question

I've always wanted to either store or donate cord blood when I have a child. However the questionnaire I took said "During my pregnancy I have not been in contact with anyone who received the smallpox vaccine." Which my husband has had just like most military personnel. I can't figure out if it's supposed to be recently got the vaccine or if it's being around anyone who has ever gotten vaccinated for smallpox. Everything I Google just keeps bringing up the questionnaire.

Has anyone successfully done cord blood banking even though their spouse got the smallpox vaccine?
