I’m also 31 weeks and have this very often. Except mine can be strong period cramps but I know it’s just Braxton Hicks contraction. I had my son last year in July and due to have my 5th baby in Aug these contractions are definitely more intense then last time.

Yes. I’m 29 weeks tomorrow and this has been happening for a few days now 😅 It gets pretty strong sometimes but it’s not consistent enough for me to think it’s anything other than Braxton-Hicks
