8 week 2 day ultrasound

Abdominal ultrasound a couple weeks ago after we experienced a miscarriage last April at 8 weeks. 4th pregnancy. Dr said babe looks great and was measuring right on track for gestational age but when I got home I noticed this. Anyone have any idea what it might be? I go back for my 12 week scan on the 24th of this month. Thanks!
