Difference!
So I wanted to post my pictures from day 1 until now! I haven’t worked out in about three weeks now because my new job is really a lot of lifting and tons of walking so I don’t really need to. In the last two weeks of working at my job I’ve lost 1.75” off my waist! I had been working out for a little over a month before I started my job and wanted to post my progress!



I feel like this last picture doesn’t show much of a difference, but it probably shows more than what I’m seeing. I’m overall stronger and more self confident then I was before. I going to try to squeeze in some of my old workouts before I go to work to see if I can’t get more progress now! I don’t know how much weight I’ve lost because our scale broke and I just measured myself two weeks ago so I don’t know how many inches I’ve lost in total. I wish I did. Keep pushing! WE! CAN! DO! THIS!
