For cereal and cooking etc. Is there a specific substitute? Think my baby has CMPA

Stay away from almond and coconut for now, they’re not nutritional enough. Try soy, cashew or pea milk. All three are very high in protein. In my opinion, pea milk is the best for infants. We’re vegan and that’s what we’ll be giving our little full time after he turns 1.
