Bleeding during pregnancy

I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant, and this is my second pregnancy.

I found out i was pregnant on 1st June and got a light bleeding on 5th june. It look like spoting on my pad but when i urine or wipe, it looks heavy.

Went to the hospital and they did all the exam. Doctor say my cervix is closed and they did vaginal ultra scan for me but couldn’t detect heartbeat because it’s still small? So i’m worried and stress.

It’s day 2 since the bleeding, sometimes it come light and sometime heavy (during urine or wipe) but doesn’t require to change pad every few hours. Minimal cramps too.

Does any one of you experience the same thing as me? As i look through website and it say it’s normal to not detect baby heartbeat during 6 weeks and as long as it’s not heavy bleeding with painful cramp, everything is fine.

Pls let me know if any of you experience the same things, i really need advise as i’m super worried now.
