What did the start of your labor/contractions feel like

I have 1 more week until my due date :) just curious how everyone describes the pain whether they had regular contractions or back labor or their water broke

Had a tiny bit of deep muscle soreness in my lower abdomen...kinda like you did a lot of lower ab workout at the gym, but it came and went instead of was constant. Water broke, mucus plug gone, contractions started all within about 10 min. My contractions never got painful or hurt, even through birth, just felt kinda uncomfortable. It was my first and people talked about you would know if it was real and blah blah blah but we went in at closer contractions even with no real pain amd I was 10 cm dilated and baby was coming. All of it went super quick and baby was born easily. From first labor sign to holding baby it was a few hours total.

A dull backache that got worse. Then I realized it was coming in waves every few minutes. Started in back and radiated around to my belly.

I was in preterm labors for about 6 weeks, but when I went into active labor it was very different. I had back labor and it made me very sick! I threw up all night and my lower back was in so much pain I couldn’t get any comfort. I tried everything.
