GD when will they induce me?!

I’m high risk for gestational diabetes and they have also given me medication since I had pre-eclampsia last pregnancy. My dr is switching me over to be seen at OB since I’m high risk. My next appointment is a week away so I can’t ask my new dr for another week. When do you think they will induce me for GD? Anyone who had or has GD that can tell me what their pregnancy/birth was like? I will ask my dr next week but I want to hear what everyone’s else’s experience has been like.
