Not sleeping?

Every since i found out i was pregnant, i can not sleep. I wake up in the middle of the night & im up for hours. I try to go back to sleep and it just doesnt happen. Helpppp!

Yup it sucks, it's just a first trimester thing tho. So just try and get through it, go to bed early, take naps ,etc. It wont be like this the whole time.

I’ve been fine up until last night! I woke up to pee and couldn’t go back to sleep for a long time, and when I finally did it was super restless. I kept waking up and tossing and turning. So exhausted today 😩

Happened with my daughter and it’s happening now 🤦🏼‍♀️ try unisom it helped me then. I wish I could take it now but my daughter is only 11 months old and still wakes during the night 😫

🖐️ Yes! It's driving me crazy. I normally sleep well but I can't get to sleep and then I just keep waking through the night.
