How many hours between formula feedings?

My baby will 3 weeks tomorrow and she’s been drinking 2-3 oz every 3-4 hours. But lately she’s seems to be hungry and crying for milk after 2 hours has passed. I want to listen to the doctors instructions and feed her every 3-4 hours but it sucks to see her cry for food. How much are your babies eating?

My baby is 3 weeks 3 days and he does every 4hrs throughout except straight after his bath before bedtime where he sometimes goes 5hrs maybe 6. And he’s on 5oz well he takes just over 4 but I make 5 so he’s not sucking air.

We do 3oz because our baby never seemed satisfied or full long at all our pediatrician said as long as she's not throwing it up shes fine
