Hypochondriac help

Hey guys this is sort of unrelated to anything period talk but does anyone have any suggestions as to how to stop panicking over every little thing? I’ve had intermenstrual bleeding regularly around ovulation for 2 or so years now. I’ve had all sorts of tests conducted and they came back normal and am now just waiting on my gyno appointment. Regardless of the normal tests I still find myself google diagnosing all the time and it’s kind of eating away at me and stressing me out to the point it’s got me thinking about it every day. I actually get to the point where I panic about my health because I’m convincing myself it’s worst case even though I’ve had reassurance from tests.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to ease this, how to calm down maybe?
