I started dirty keto a week ago. DIRTY Keto means I mostly follow the Keto diet but I allow myself extra carbs or sugar once a week. My starting weight was 337.7 lbs. I lost 0.9 lbs from that Monday to that Friday (May 29th). This Monday June 1st I weighed 336.8 lbs. Well today June 7th I weight 327.3 lbs . I lost 9.5 lbs this week with keto and intermittent fasting. I usually fast between 8pm until 1/2 pm the next day. I don't fast everyday thought. My carbs I try to stay under 45g (I used that carb calculator thing to get what my recommended amount is). My husband is already on Keto so he is helping me out by walking me through it. Also he is the one who cooks
