My first son was c-section born at 34 weeks and didn’t need oxygen had to only be in the nicu for 2 weeks then sent home.

My little boy was born at 36 weeks +5 by c-section and he needed no nicu time!

Had my daughter cesarean at 39 weeks and even with one lung she didn’t need to go to the NICU. Breathing was perfectly fine.

My son was born over 3 years ago. According to the measured scans in the beginning of pregnancy I was 39 weeks. He was perfectly fine! Came out screaming his head off.

My sister was a C-section baby and she had breathing/eating issues due to the C-section. She was a slightly younger gestation, but my mum was told it was fairly common with babies born via C-section. She didn't require NICU time, just had to stay in hospital a little longer than usual and needed some help feeding etc for the first few days.

My c section baby was born at 41 weeks and needed a few days in the NICU but it was not related to his breathing. Although the issue did start with fluid in the lungs which likely would not have been a problem if I’d had a vaginal birth.
