Breast Milk 1 week post ovulation

Hi ladies. My ovulation date was exactly one week ago. I did have intercourse as me and my partner are TTC. I have no symptom of pregnancy but yesterday and today when we were “getting busy” my husband was sucking on my TaTa’s and he noticed there was milk coming from them. I have never had children so I’m not currently breast feeding. If I squeeze my right breast only there is milk forming. I don’t have any sickness, remember, I am only one week post ovulation. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy? I know taking a pregnancy test will remove any doubt but I am so tired of the disappointments. I honestly would wait until I’m at least two missed periods in before taking one.
