Medical people I need your help!

Are there any doctors or medical people who can help pinpoint where my pain is taking place? I have been diagnosed with bone on bone in my ankles so I have always had pain. But this week it’s started hurting really bad (different area then normal) and i have noticed a small amount of swelling and bruising. Thanks.
