I’m confused I have my period May 25 2020 it was normal at first the last day it was going off because it was a brown discharge that always happens at the end of my period which what I thought but the next morning I still had the brown discharge and it’s for a week Friday I felt sharp pain like someone was stabbing me in my right side I decided to go to ER 06/07/2020 Sunday night because I felt pain in my lower abdomen Long story short I see the doctor I took a pregnancy and a blood test I was nervous waiting the doctor for my results when she come back in the room she gives me the new that both test came back positive but the number are low to see how many weeks I was so doctor ordered a ultrasound the Tech come gets me to do my ultrasound I was so nervous praying in my head I got back to my room waiting for the results like for an hour I finally saw the doctor again for my results she tells me that she didn’t see anything because it’s to early and the first things I thought was I’m having another ectopic pregnancy because I had one in 2012 I had made me a doctor appointment for Wednesday morning please keep me and y’all prayer my period was 05/25/2020 positive blood and pregnancy test results was 06/07/2020 can some explain how this happened? How can I have a positive test two weeks after my period

My period in April was 04/16/2020.
