Anyone ever have back/hip pain and period like cramps in early pregnancy my period is a week late i been having mild to moderate cramping on and off all week i havent tested since i dont want to get my hopes up so decided to wait til friday when i will be 2 weeks late to test since my period sometimes is a couple of days late i decided to wait it out to see if it arrive.... today i started having period like cramping and low backache but til now no period i usually only cramp the first day i have my period not before i start could this be a symptom????
