So I'm 15 and my brother is 17. He gets a 12 am curfew, gets to go out with his girlfriend alone, etc. I have a 10 pm curfew and can only hang out with my boyfriend if someone else will be with us. My parents freaked out when they found my birth control but they didn't say anything to my brother when he bought condoms *in front* of them. I asked my brother if he would talk to them about the double standards since he's their favorite and he said would. I understand that parents are overprotective of their daughters but it's really seriously unfair that girls aren't allowed any freedom or fun.
