Anyone try myo-inositol? Help!!

Started talking myo-inositol in April, got my period two days later from starting it. But nothing now. I’m getting frustrated. Had light spotting last week from Monday-fri. Would you consider this a light period ??

No id say thats jjst spotting unless its bright red. It could be a sign your periods on its way though  x
