I want a baby...

So my boyfriend of 3 years is 19 and I'm 18. I have an IUD right now but he says hes ready for a baby when I am and yes I know I'm young so that's why I dont want to yet and because I overthink everything so I dont think I should yet but at the same time I dont see why not. Help me.
