Opk Fluctuating.

So first Cycle using the opk strips. Is it normal for the test line to fluctuate? Please see below. Last cycle we did the BD almost every day. Exception was May 6. Af came. Anyways, how often should we have sex? Does it matter what time of day? We are now trying every other day. Please advise.
