was the second time easier ?

my son is 5

i lost my mucus plug , went into labour within 1-2 hours after at 5:30am but didn’t have him until after 2pm. i had a membrane sweep twice 1 &2 weeks prior to that.

currently 35 with my second

was told at my 33 week appointment my cervix is very soft and ill most likely start dialating soon and she didn’t think i’d last the full 40 and i see her again next week.

wondering if you dilate earlier with your second ? if labour was faster with your second ?
