Not until she's old enough to ask and go to a professional where they use needles. My local shop will not pierce anyone under 7 so definitely not until then. I got my ears pierced with a gun when I was 21 and because the gun uses blunt force it ended up damaging some nerves in my ears and gave me chronic head aches. It definitely doesn't happen to everyone who uses a gun but for that reason alone it's sooooooo not worth the risk piercing a baby's ears.
