Secret pregnancy

So tbh I have a lot of questions or just would like to know someone has done this. I’m really tempted to just keep my pregnancy a secret. I was pregnant twice last year (but miscarried) and got a lot of negativity from my family, specifically my mother (who was abusive and manipulative and has me at 18, I’m 20 btw). I just don’t feel like having this conversation with my family again. I’m also in college and just need advice on how to handle school during the pregnancy.

So basically my questions:

1. Has anyone kept their pregnancy a secret?

2. How to handle school work during pregnancy and also being on campus?

3. Did anyone not do maternity shoots or a gender reveal, etc? (I guess this goes along with the first question)

4. For those with negative family and they told them, how did you deal with the negativity and comments (this can go for college students as well)?
