Nosebleeds third trimester?

I’m currently 36 weeks and the past week I started getting nosebleeds in my right nostril, I’m not one to get nosebleeds ever. I have my humidifier going 24/7 thinking it was because my air is dry and nothing is helping? I get like 2-3 a day just randomly. Anyone else experience this?

It can be normal but it can also be a sign of low platelets, which is known as gestational ITP. Worth mentioning to your provider at your next appt.

Very normal in the pregnancy. I usually have severe nose bleeds during my pregnancies. Not so much in my third pregnancy but possible sinusitis infection. You can still consult your doctor if you feel that something is not right.

I had them in the second trimester. Its due to changes in hormones and increased blood volume
