Are they healing?

I've had awful stretch marks. Like terrible. I've started putting this vitamin c lotion on them and now they're itching like crazy !!!! Is this them healing? They never itched before.

Stretch marks itch as they grow bigger. Try your hardest not to scratch at them. Stretch marks are genetic i put lotion on my stomach daily with my first and still got a ton

I agree with the above comment. BIO-OIL! Use it 2-3x daily and it will lighten your stretch marks so they aren't as noticeable. I didn't start using it until my 3rd baby. It took a few weeks before I noticed the difference but all of my stretch marks are now the same color as my skin and the never got any worse, darker, or larger with baby number 3 or this one and I'm currently 34+3. They have remained faded.

Thats them growing. They dont heal, they can eventually fade with time. Thats it though

Don’t scratch or it’ll make them worse. It’s because you’re skin is stretching. Really keep your skin hydrated it’ll help a lot. They don’t “heal” or go away. They just get lighter. I recommend bio oil. I use it 2-3x a day. I did it with my first pregnancy & a few months after & they were faded & white within not even 2m after. I’ve done the same this time & I only got a couple more than I already had & they’re still light. It really helps from the skin being tight so it doesn’t itch when it stretches as much.
