weird pregnancy discharge

I am 26 weeks pregnant and have just noticed i have a lot of built up discharge in the vaginal entrance it’s sort of white and lumpy , i only have sex with my boyfriend and we live together so i don’t yhink it’s an std but maybe it’s a yeast infection? any help
