Massage after epidural

Good morning all,

First time mum here and just looking for some advice guys.

I have just given birth to my beautiful son 3 days ago, I had a forceps delivery and had an epidural.

Since getting the epidural my back has been in a lot of pain. I was wondering guys if getting a back massage done is safe? Sorry if this sounds really stupid but any advice regards to this will be beneficial, as I don’t want to cause more harm to my back. Please comment below guys and let me know.
