TTC newbie baby #2

Hey ladies,

I recently going out I was 5 weeks pregnant and at 6w 6 days I had my first MC . The pregnancy was unexpected however the MC was devastating. After a few days my hunny and I decided that we wanted to actively TTC . Only thing is my period are irregular (however after I stopped breast feeding I had a period a month for a year). AF just refuses to adhere to a cycle schedule. So I have no idea where to begin. At the moment I’m running 4 apps , wearing an Ava bracelet at night and peeing on OPKs daily . I just feel like I’m burning the candle on both ends being don’t really know what I’m doing. After the MC the ER dr said i should wait until my next normal period to TTC. But after consulting google I see that you can ovulate between three MC and AF . Has anyone had any luck with this . Or any tips on when to have sext after I get my first positive on my opk. Or any tips at all because as you can see my brain is everywhere. Thanks in advance and BABY DUST TO ALL 💕
