This is a little awkward but my bf and I just had phone sex (were long distance) and after I orgasmed which was super intense I started crying and having a panic attack and this is the second time this has happened... has this happened to anyone else? I just calmed down and it was so bad I’m tired as hell now

Obviously I don't now all what's going on in your life and what your emotions are usually, but sex definitely can bring up some pretty intense emotions. I have difficulty having sex with my bf and lots of frustration around that, so sometimes I cry after sex (both when it's bad and when it's better than expected!) I also think that there's an energy release that wants to happen in the body, and crying/shaking/breathing is definitely a way for your body to release, even if it's not the orgasm you expected!
