Fighting naps
What do you do when they are hard core fighting their nap? We only take one nap a day and it's usually at 11 or 12 but it's now 145 and no nap. He's been fighting sleep at night too but will give in after an hour but has been cranky and crying but just won't nap. Help! 😭
