Negative test?

I need help please. I am 10w3d pregnant and it’s going to be awhile for my next appointment. I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and doctor said everything looks great. I realize this sounds weird but I’m a new mom and clueless and anxious. I took another test today randomly just for my own reassurance. And it doesn’t look positive to me. When i first found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks, I took 3 pregnancy tests in one day and they were all a strong positive. Now I don’t know what to think and I’m scared.
