I havent had a period for 3 or 4 months. I'm not in any birth control I just have PCOS. I recently started having sex with my bf and the first time we had sex was 12 days ago. Then times after that. I'm sure without a period you cant ovulate. The other day I had a couple pains in my vagina. This evening I started cramping and feeling nauseous then I had a couple quick sharp pains in side my vagina. Is there a possibility I could be pregnant or???? Plz help
