Hi, Could this be implantation bleeding? I had this at 6 DPO after having sex. I had a bit of bright pink spotting for and hour and after that nothing. I still have 4 days left to AF and I’m really hoping this is my month! I’ve been having lower back aches, cramping in my lower abdomen (mostly on my left side) I’m a bit nauseous (in the morning only) I have to pee ALOT and I am hungry all the time! I tested yesterday at 9 DPO and it came out negative 😔
