Bleeding started again
I will be 5 weeks postpartum tomorrow. I delivered vaginally with no tears or complications. For the past week or so I have had very minimal bleeding. Just occasional spotting.
Today I decided to ride my peloton for a 20 minute low impact ride. Now I have a bit heavier bleeding accompanied by a little cramping. Not enough to fill a pad & on a scale from 1-10, I’d say my cramps are about a 2.
Should I be concerned or does this sound normal?
