i fucked up and i dont know what to do..

Im a junior and i failed every single class this year when i really tried my hardest. My entire family is disappointed in me, my boyfriend is disappointed in me.. i have to do summer school but i dont know what else to do. this past year was really rough on me. but i guess i cant blame anything but myself right?
