Anyone else have to take unisom their pregnancy?

I absolutely need to take it at nigt to help me get sleepy and my doctor said it’s 💯 fine but I still worry!

I took it practically every single night during this pregnancy to help with nausea. My little buddy was born healthy as could be in March. 
I know it’s hard but try not to stress :)

I’ve been taking it 3x day for 8 weeks. My sister took it through most of her 3 pregnancies. It’s helped me get rest and ease my morning sickness allowing me to eat.

I took half a tab every night until about it 11-12w to help me sleep. Now I’m 22w and don’t need it thankfully!

I used it for nausea, it actually made my sleep worse. But my midwife said it was fine

Not every night, but just when I haven’t been sleeping very well for a few nights

I took it every night from 6 weeks on. At times I took a half tab if I was feeling ok.
