I’m going to start having my husband give our 3 week old a bottle for her midnight feed every night. I have been breastfeeding since birth. How many oz should I make the bottle? I’ve been freezing 2oz, 3oz, and a couple 4oz bags for the past week.

We had him try her first bottle yesterday and she took it no problem. It was 2oz and she acted like she was starving after. She has been super fussy the past 2-3 days so it may be gas or a growth spurt. Wasn’t sure if she actually needed more milk. Gave her a little more at the breast 15 min later and she spit it all up when I went to burp her (immediately down my shirt 🙄)
