Hello, I have 3 children and my car broke down and I can’t repair it any time soon.

I just found out I’m pregnant ( around 4 weeks ) and my partner works in a stick factory. I also do no have child care to be able to make my appointments like I normally would have before the virus happened.

So I only have a ride every once in awhile and only have child care if my mother watches them after she brings me.

She has a lot of stuff going on health wise and isn’t looking like she will be able to bring me until the end of august for my first appointment.

How do I talk to my doctor about not being able to make all of my appointments?

( I have a machine to check my sugar, I can check my own blood pressure and I have a fetal Doppler at home from my last pregnancy. )

My partner had vacation days but he is saving them for the end of my pregnancy because of my blood pressure and how it tends to run toward the end.
