Waiting for surgery to find out but...

These are my symptoms I have had for almost a yr and I’m not awaiting laparoscopic surgery and ihave a massive cyst the size of a orange just to top it off

pelvic pain

increased pain during periods and intercourse

pain with bowel movements even bleeding sometimes and urination gets to the point I can hardly get up off the couch my bladder hurts so much.heavy periods, and bleeding between periods

fatigue all the time

diarrhea sometimes I feel since the pains have started I haven’t done a normal poop

bloating all the time no matter what I eat it doesn’t matter

constipation sometimes I feel the bowels ain’t awake and don’t wanna push even the smallest poop

low back pain all the time now

intense cramping worse some days then others
