Any time I’m sitting or laying on my left side, it makes my left leg start to go numb. At night when I lay on my left side, I wake up in horrible pain from laying on it. It’s like a ridiculously painful muscle cramp that happens 4-5 times a night and has me almost in tears every time 😭 I usually have sciatic nerve pain dying my pregnancies, but it’s never felt like this, so I’m not sure that’s what it is. Anyone else ever feel these pains? What helped?
