Obsessed with this vegan doughnut recipe 🥰😍 I didn't have time to type it out for the small doughnut balls, but its the same recipe for both! -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ingredients; - 250 g self raising flour
- 100 g caster sugar
- 50 g vegan butter
- 120 mls soy milk
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil + lots for frying
- 1/2 tsp baking powder - Pinch of salt ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Method; - Melt the butter on a medium heat. Stir in the oil, followed by the milk, and stir continuesly until blended.
- Mix flour, half the sugar, baking powder and salt with a fork.
- Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients, and gently pour the butter mix into it, combining with a fork as you pour. - Once all combined, heat a deep pan of oil and shape your dough into doughnuts, or doughnut balls depending! - Fry on each side for 3 to 5 mins for doughnuts, or just fry all the balls for 3 to 5 mins in total!
