Vaginal Discharge

So the past few days I’ve been seeing a difference in my discharge. The discharge smells like period blood, is chunky, mostly white with a lime green hue. Also, no burning when i pee. But when i look at my vagina with a mirror, i see chunks of white. I’ve been itching down there a lot and I’m worried. Due to covid, i have not been sexually active for over 3 months. I have been swimming a lot recently but I do my best to get out of my wet clothes quickly. Also do to covid, I don’t really feel comfortable or safe taking a trip to the doctor if I don’t need to. Should I treat It like a yeast infection and get some over the counter medicine? Please any advice would help! I’m 20 and ended my period about 2 weeks ago if that helps. Thank you.
